1. Where do you ship?
We offer domestic shipping across the USA and international shipping to the UK, Australia, and Canada — completely free of charge.

Orders placed after 5 PM (GMT-07:00) will be processed the next business day.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All domestic and international orders ship for free with tracking included.
4. Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes. We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.
5. What if my case arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos or videos of the issue. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or full refund, and we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
6. How do I initiate a return?
Simply email us at info@instacaseworld.com with your order number, reason for return, and a photo if applicable. We’ll send you return instructions and a Return Authorization Number.
7. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
8. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only if your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
